Full Service is our most comprehensive offering, built for clients undertaking a full renovation, a multi room project, or a home that will evolve over time with our ongoing collaboration. We manage every layer, from architectural details and construction oversight to sourcing, procurement, and installation, so the vision stays intact from the first conversation to the final day.
This is the level of engagement behind our most recognized work, the projects with custom millwork, considered floor plans, and furnishings sourced and built specifically for the space.

What's included
An ongoing partnership. Regular site visits and consistent communication throughout design and construction, not just at the beginning and end.
Architectural and construction oversight. We collaborate with your contractor and trades from the earliest planning stages through final walkthrough, managing finish schedules, specifications, and the countless decisions construction requires along the way.
Full design development. Space planning, custom furniture and millwork design, finish selections, and as many rounds of refinement as the project calls for.
Comprehensive procurement. Sourcing, ordering, tracking, and receiving every piece, with a focus on bespoke, artisan, and one of a kind furnishings.
Coordinated installation. We see the project through to its final day, placing every piece and finishing every detail before we walk away.

Full Service Interior Design
A full design but with a lighter footprint
Light Touch is for the room that needs our full attention but not our full presence. We design it, source it, and bring it to life with the same rigor as any of our projects, just with fewer moments in between.
This is our most efficient way to delivery exceptional design for one important room. We meet at the start to understand the space and your intentions for it, and we meet again at the end to see it through installation. In between, we design, we source, we manage every order, and we handle the details so you don't have to.
The result carries the same level of care as any Tricia Luong Design project. What changes is the rhythm, not the outcome.

What's included
Two site visits. One at the outset to measure, observe, and listen. One at the close to oversee delivery and installation.
One design presentation, one round of revisions. We bring you a complete vision for the space, refined once based on your feedback, then move into procurement.
Full procurement, managed start to finish. We source, place every order, track every shipment, and coordinate delivery so the room arrives exactly as designed.

Primary Bedroom, Dining Room, or Home Office — $10,500
Each price covers design, site visits, and procurement management for one room. Product costs are separate and reflect the pieces selected for your space. Except a minimum furnishing budget or $25K.
